Utility Billing Payments- eCheck

Effective August 10, 2021, eChecks will incur an additional 25 cents convenience fee. To avoid the convenience fee, payments may be made by check, money order or an ACH (withdrawn directly from your bank account). Payments can be:

- Mailed* to the Bal Harbour Village Finance Department 655 96th Street Bal Harbour, FL 33154; or the below
- Delivered* in-person at the Village Hall front desk or drop box outside the main entrance

(*) Invoice or payment coupon must be included.

When paying your Utility Bill Online it is advised that you have your full account number ready as well as the service address number. You will be using your credit card’s billing information to fill out the form below. (See Diagram for where these fields are located on your Bill Statement)
